Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Incroyable Web Fixers, we follow a transparent milestone-based payment system.
Cancellation
- A project may be cancelled by either party with 30 days’ written notice.
- In case of cancellation, completed milestones must be paid in full.
Refund Policy
- Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
- If a project is terminated before a milestone delivery, the client will not be charged for the pending milestone.
- Refunds (if any) will be processed within 15 working days to the original payment method.
Change Requests
- Mid-project changes will require fresh estimates and timelines.
- Additional costs will apply for modifications beyond the agreed scope.
Support & AMC
- Support is provided free for 3 months post-delivery.
- AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) charges are non-refundable once subscribed.
